1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
We're a real factory and on-site visits is acceptable.
2.Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes.Free sample and more competitive mold & shipping cost,beside,the mold cost can be refunded if the quantity reach a certain amount.
3.What is the minimum order?
We can make less than 100 pcs for you but the unit price goes up quite a bit. As the pricing is based on the setup and production costs associated with a 100 quantity order.
4.Can I make my logo on the product?
Yes,we're an OEM factory and we can do logo customization for you.
5.What is the lead time?
The lead time of sample is 3-5 days,and the lead time of mass production is 10-25 days,this will be depended on the design and quantity of the product.
6.What are your payment methods?
T/T,Paypal,Western Union,Credit cards,Pay on Alibaba are available.
7.How to order?
Send us your design→We make the proof and quote→The proof and payment confirmed→Sample or mass production starts→Inspection→Delivery.
